Meet Chris Harding. Chris is a Mortgage Banker with over 19 years of experience in the industry, based in Rapid City, SD. He entered the industry in 2004 after being dissatisfied with the treatment he received during his own home-buying experience. Chris believes in putting clients first and providing the best options available to them based on their unique circumstances. He is experienced in various lending options, including VA, FHA, Rural Development, conventional, and non-traditional lending. Chris’s fundamental approach to client satisfaction involves attention to detail and education on available loan options. He is known for his no-nonsense approach to lending, which helps clients get the best possible outcome without added stress. Chris and his wife recently celebrated their 25th Anniversary and are proud “empty-nesters.” They started rescuing unwanted animals and now have a farm called “Good4nothingfarm,” where they care for pigs, goats, dogs, cats, and ducks. Chris enjoys fixing and repairing things around the farm in his free time.
