Meet Jean VanErmen. With 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, providing the best customer experience to our customers is Jean’s number one priority. Working at both Sioux Falls locations, Jean enjoys getting to know the customers on a first name basis. “I hope to make each customer feel like they are walking into a small town bank, one that offers products similar to the big banks,” she says.
In her free time, Jean spends her time with husband and two grown children. She is an avid reader and also enjoys scrapbooking and walking her black lab.
