Meet Michael Mattson. He works with companies on acquisition and expansion strategies and
helps facilitate their equipment, line of credit, real estate and SBA financing needs. Michael
finds each client relationship to be unique and enjoys building strong, lasting relationships with
business owners. He finds it extremely rewarding to be a part of their success.
Michael brings over 35 years of deep and varied banking experience to his role at Plains Commerce Bank, including positions in credit, commercial lending and management.
Out of the office, Michael enjoys golfing, playing hockey and exploring state parks with his three
dogs. He and his wife of 37 years cherish time spent with their two children, two “bonus
children,” and their grandson.
Michael serves his community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, The Food Bank and
Junior Achievement. He was also recently appointed and serves as a member of the Sioux Falls Humane Society Finance Committee.
