VP/Business Banker

Meet Tom Ries. Tom received his undergrad from Augustana University in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis and, in 2023, graduated from a three-year program at the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado. His banking experience includes nine years as a Business Banker and two years as a Credit Analyst. Tom enjoys working with businesses of all sizes, from assisting with large real estate transactions to helping start-ups get on their feet.

“I enjoy getting to partner with those who are shaping both the physical and financial landscape of our community,” Ries remarks. “I also equally value the community bankers’ role in being active, involved, and engaged with their local markets.”

Outside the bank, Tom is proud to be a board member at the Foster Network. In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, wife Jessica and five children. You can also find him golfing, hunting, or exploring new places.
